Stratic Energy Corporation (“Stratic” or “the Company”) has engaged FirstEnergy Capital LLP (“FirstEnergy”) as its exclusive financial advisor for the divestment of the Company’s 19% non-operated interest in the Crawford oil field re-development. The Crawford field is located in UKCS Block 9/28a (Northern North Sea) and is operated by a unit of Fairfield Energy Ltd.
The divestment process is currently being prepared by FirstEnergy.
